Human Enterprise
 Every enterprise starts as an idea in the mind of one or more person(s). Thus the least common denominator of the enterprise is the individual; the human element.
Each individual has latent potential sometimes beyond what s/he can presently comprehend or imagine. Each is gifted with talents, skills, ideas that make them unique and valuable contributors to the human family.
Akashi's intent is to assist individuals with the ability to identify, develop, and ultimately become masters of these personal assets in a manner that lends to strengthening of the collective conglamerate referred to as the human enterprise. Our primary mission is to stimulate awareness, assist in values discovery, needs assessment, and identification of gifts, talents, and passions along with the process of integrating these collective elements towards a constructive, productive end called the enterprise.
